Need to improve on standards in the hospitality industry – Mireku
The Acting Executive Director of the Ghana Tourist Board (GTB), Mr Martin Mireku, has expressed concern about the falling standards in the hospitality industry.
He said a monitoring team during unannounced visits to hotels and other hospitality facilities to assess their operations realised that they were operating below standards.
